Hush is a Chrome extension published by Kloudtapp. This policy applies only to the Hush extension. For the RunLocalTools website, see the main Privacy Policy.
Summary
Hush does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. It makes no network requests, uses no analytics or advertising, has no accounts, and loads no remote code.
What Hush stores on your device
Your settings, site rules, schedule, focus-timer state, local usage counters, and a small error log are saved in your browser with chrome.storage.local. This information stays on your device. It is removed if you uninstall Hush or clear it from within the extension.
Tab information (optional)
If you choose to turn on tab names, Chrome asks for the optional “tabs” permission, which Chrome describes as “Read your browsing history”. Hush uses tab titles and site names only on your device, to show which tab is playing sound and to apply your per-site rules. This information is never sent anywhere. You can turn tab names off at any time, which revokes the permission.
Diagnostics
“Copy diagnostics” places text on your clipboard only when you click it. Nothing is sent automatically.
Third parties
Hush does not share data with any third party.
Children’s privacy
Hush does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If Hush’s data handling ever changes, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before the change is released.
