Social Banner Safe-Zone Previewer

Upload a banner design once and see exactly how X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch will actually crop it — including where your own profile photo overlaps the corner. Everything renders in your browser; nothing is ever uploaded anywhere.

What it checks

  • Six platforms in one tool — X header, LinkedIn personal cover, LinkedIn Company Page banner, YouTube channel art, Facebook Page cover, and Twitch channel banner. Most safe-zone tools only cover one platform at a time.
  • Real profile-photo overlap preview — drop in your own photo and see it sit in the actual dead-zone corner, instead of a generic gray placeholder circle.
  • Adjustable overlay opacity — dial the safe-zone highlight up or down instead of a fixed, unreadable box.
  • Guaranteed-safe crop view — a second mode that shows only the pixels that are actually guaranteed visible on every device, not just a box drawn over the full image.
  • 2x / retina export — download at native size or doubled resolution for sharper display.
  • Metadata stripped automatically — every export is freshly re-encoded from the canvas, so EXIF/location data from the original file never makes it into the download. No separate step, no toggle to remember.
  • No account, no watermark — the whole thing is free, forever, same as every tool on this site.

Facebook Page cover820 × 461 px~1.8:1Avatar overlaps the bottom-left corner; commonly-cited mobile-safe zone is 640×360px (sources vary more here than any other platform).

How to use it

  1. Pick your platform from the dropdown.
  2. Drop in your banner design (PNG, JPG, or WebP).
  3. Optionally drop in your profile photo to see the real overlap, not a placeholder.
  4. Switch between “Full canvas” and “Guaranteed-safe crop” to see what actually survives on every device.
  5. Download the clean banner, or the version with the safe-zone guide baked in if you’re handing it off to a designer.
